Online Therapy in Massachusetts
Therapy for individuals Navigating Anxiety, Identity, and Complicated Relationships
Helping you untangle overthinking, people-pleasing, and relational stress so you can move forward with confidence and self-trust.
I’m kate.
I’m passionate about helping people see their own strength.
I’m a licensed mental health counselor, based in Western Massachusetts. I work individually with adults, and we often address the following concerns:
Anxiety
Depression
Relationship stress or challenges
Family estrangement
Life transitions
Improving boundaries and relational skills
Self-esteem and self-trust
Building greater independence and autonomy
My approach to therapy is genuine, collaborative and practical. Sessions are conversational and are not one sided. I offer reflections and ask questions to support your personal growth, understanding, and decisions. I teach skills and offer tools to navigate life’s challenges.
If you’re here it may be because you’ve found yourself feeling really lost and you’re wanting to regain a sense of direction that aligns with what’s most important to you.
What might stand out to you right now:
Are you ready to trust yourself again?
-
You might find yourself questioning: why can’t I just make a decision? How do I stop comparing myself to others? Why am I so behind?
-
You might be ready for relationships that bring you energy rather than drain you if you’re wondering:
How do I stop overthinking my relationships? Why is it so hard to trust people? Why do I need constant reassurance? Why do I keep pushing people away?
-
You might be ready to stop walking on eggshells if you’re asking:
How do I stop caring what everyone thinks? Why do I feel guilty setting boundaries? Will I ever have healthy relationships?
-
You might be ready to take off the mask if you’ve been asking:
Why do I change depending on who I’m with? Why do I need validation from others? How do I have better self-esteem?
How I can help
Together we’ll untangle overthinking, improve your relationships, and build self-confidence so you no longer have to avoid, shrink, or go through the motions.
