I’m passionate about helping people see their own strength. 

I’m a licensed mental health counselor, based in Western Massachusetts. I work individually with adults, and we often address the following concerns:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression 

  • Relationship stress or challenges

  • Family estrangement 

  • Life transitions 

  • Improving boundaries and relational skills

  • Self-esteem and self-trust 

  • Building greater independence and autonomy 

My approach to therapy is genuine, collaborative and practical. Sessions are conversational and are not one sided. I offer reflections and ask questions to support your personal growth, understanding, and decisions. I teach skills and offer tools to navigate life’s challenges.

Telehealth sessions are offered within the state of Massachusetts using a HIPPA compliant video platform.

Sessions are about 50 minutes long.
