  • I offer online therapy only, which means you can connect from the comfort of your own space—whether you're in Boston, the Berkshires, or anywhere in between. I'm based in Western Massachusetts and work with individuals across the entire state.

  • Online therapy works much like in-person therapy, just from the convenience of your own home. We’ll meet over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. All you need is a quiet space, a good internet connection, and a device with a camera. I’ll send you a link before each session—no commuting or waiting rooms needed.

  • Yes—I’m in-network with the following insurance plans:

    • Aetna

    • Blue Cross Blue Shield

    • Carelon Behavioral Health

    • Cigna

    • Harvard Pilgrim

    • Mass General Brigham Health Plan

    • Optum

    • Oscar Health

    • Oxford

    • United Medical Resources (UMR)

    • UnitedHealthcare (UHC | UBH)

If you’re using insurance, your session fee is determined by your specific plan. I encourage you to contact your insurer to learn more about your copay, deductible, and any coverage limits.

If you’re paying out of pocket or using an out-of-network plan, my fee is $160 per session. I'm happy to walk you through your benefits and talk through your options before we get started.

  • Whether we’ve connected through a consultation or you're jumping right into an intake, our first session is about getting to know each other and starting to build a foundation for our work together. I’ll gently guide the conversation to learn more about what’s been feeling hard lately, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what support might look like for you.

This initial session tends to be a bit more structured, just to help us find our footing and make sure we’re moving in a direction that feels aligned with your needs. There’s no pressure to have all the answers—this is a space to show up just as you are. We’ll go at your pace, and together we’ll begin creating something meaningful from here.

  • The length of therapy varies from person to person. Some people come for a few months to work through a specific challenge, while others choose to stay longer for ongoing support. We’ll check in regularly about your goals and progress so that therapy continues to feel useful and aligned with your needs.

  • A Good Faith Estimate is part of a federal law (the No Surprises Act) that gives you a clear idea of the cost of your care. If you’re paying out of pocket, I’ll provide a written estimate of your expected charges. This helps you make informed decisions about your care, with no surprise bills down the line.

  • I specialize in individual therapy for adults and young adults, including college students and those navigating early adulthood. My focus is on helping people manage anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and major life transitions. I do not offer couples or family therapy.

I occasionally work with teens ages 13+ when individual support is a good fit for their needs and goals.

Therapy with me is one-on-one and tailored to your experiences, at a pace that feels safe and meaningful.
